Yes — most of our fleet clients have us come to them. We bring water, power, and all detailing equipment to your yard or parking area. On-site service is included free for fleets of 5 or more vehicles per visit. For smaller fleets we also offer free pickup and delivery throughout Omaha and Lincoln, so your drivers don't lose time shuttling vehicles back and forth.
We work with fleets of any size — from a two-truck plumbing operation to a 30+ vehicle service company. Volume pricing kicks in at 5 or more vehicles per visit, but smaller operators can still get a recurring schedule discount that lands close to fleet rates. There's no minimum to set up an account; we'll quote what makes sense for the actual number of vehicles you run.
Recurring schedules are how most of our commercial clients use us. The most common cadences are weekly (high-visibility client-facing fleets), bi-weekly (sales and service vehicles), and monthly (heavy-duty service trucks). We lock in the same day of the week and the same crew so you know exactly when we'll be there. Recurring clients also get priority booking — if you need an emergency add-on detail, you go to the front of the line.
Yes. Qualified business accounts can pay on NET 30 terms by invoice instead of credit card. We send a single monthly statement covering all services performed, which makes it simple for your accounting team to reconcile against fleet expenses. We can also accept ACH, business credit cards, or company checks — whatever fits your AP workflow. Setup takes about 10 minutes and we can usually get a new business account active the same day.
Yes — Hometown Detailing carries full general liability and garage-keepers insurance, and we're BBB A+ rated. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your business as additionally insured for any account that requires it. Many of our dealership and property-management clients require this and we handle the paperwork on day one.
We handle nearly anything that drives on a road. That includes service trucks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing), cargo vans (Sprinter, Transit, ProMaster), pickup trucks, work SUVs and sedans, dealership inventory, real-estate-branded vehicles, limousines, shuttle vans, and small box trucks. For specialty equipment — large box trucks over 26 feet, heavy machinery, recreational vehicles — we'll quote individually based on what's needed.
Same-day for fleets we can quote remotely (vehicle list + photos), or within 24-48 hours after a free on-site walkthrough for larger operations. Walkthroughs take about 10 minutes — we look at the vehicles, ask about service frequency, and put together a fixed monthly number you can take to your finance person. There's no pressure to commit; the walkthrough and quote are both free.
Generally yes — commercial vehicle detailing is treated as an ordinary business expense for vehicles used in your business operations. Most of our commercial clients deduct it as either a vehicle maintenance expense or an advertising/branding expense (since clean fleets contribute to brand presentation). We always recommend confirming with your accountant or CPA, and we can provide itemized receipts and end-of-year summaries to make tax filing simpler.
